Kazys is the CEO of the Protects Group CERN & SINER group in the following countries: USA, Brasil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Panama, Ecuador and Peru.
Kazys studied and specialised at Aeronautics University Burnside -Ott -Aviation Training Center USA. He specialised in Engine reaction of more than 18000 Pounds. He was an Aviator and President of some companies in the transportation sector. Currently, he is member of the board of directors of Club El Nogal, one of the best clubs in the Americas
He has been with ICEM for 10 Years. He he is the Chair of the Conference Committee.
