Proposals in the field of educational media, educational technology and technology enhanced learning, written in English, are invited for presentation during the ICEM 2025 Conference.
The top four papers accepted to the conference will be selected for publication in ICEM’s Educational Media International, a Q2-ranked international academic journal, published by Routlege (Taylor & Francis).

Types of Manuscripts
● Empirical. Such manuscripts should follow rigor guidelines appropriate for the research
methods used.
● Systematic reviews of the literature and literature meta-syntheses.
● Theoretical manuscripts, contributing to the development of theory pertaining to dilemmas
with digital data (e.g., big data; learning analytics; multimodal analytics, social media analytics,
etc.).
Submission Process
Interested authors should submit 500 word abstracts and 300 word biographies by June 29, 2025.
Submissions should include short descriptions of the following as needed:
● Identified gap/problem addressed
● Methods or modes of inquiry
● Data sources
● Results (in-progress or final)
Invitations to submit full papers will be sent on or before July 5, 2025. Manuscripts should be
formatted using APA 7 style and should be no more than 6 000 words, including references. The
timeline from call to publication is as follows:

● May 20, 2025: Announce Call for Papers
● June 29, 2025: Abstracts and author bios submitted
● July 5, 2025: Invited authors notified
● August 15, 2025: Full papers submitted
● September 4, 2025: Notification/feedback
● October 1, 2025: Final papers submitted
